- I don’t know how to find and start MS PowerPoint on the computer.
- I don’t know how to delete a slide in MS PowerPoint.
- Can you help me to sign into my email? How do I connect to your wireless internet?

- I can’t seem to get into my remote email.
- I am from
Escambia county and I’m working on a master’s project in history on the Perdido Bay Area. Do you have any resources that I might be able to use. Can I get a library card if I don’t live in this county? - Can you help me? (this was accompanied by a hand motion to follow him to a computer in the lab. Patron was attempting to get a Yahoo ID and had chosen a name that was already in the system.)
